THE DISCIPLED CODE

HOW WE LIVE.

Eleven values that define how a Discipled man thinks, acts, and leads every single day.

The Code is not a rulebook. It is a way of life. These eleven values are the daily operating system of a Discipled man — the commitments that shape how we show up in every arena of life.

01

WORD-DRIVEN

We anchor everything in Scripture. The Bible is not a supplement to our lives — it is the foundation. We read it, study it, memorize it, and build our decisions on it. A man who knows the Word is a man who cannot be easily deceived.

02

PRAYER-FUELED

We do not operate in our own strength. Prayer is not a last resort — it is our first move. We pray with faith, with persistence, and with surrender. We believe God hears, God answers, and God moves when His people call on His name.

03

ACCOUNTABLE

We do not hide. We bring our struggles, our failures, and our temptations into the light — with trusted brothers who will speak truth, not just comfort. Accountability is not weakness. It is one of the most courageous things a man can choose.

04

DISCIPLINED

We train our bodies, guard our minds, and order our days with intention. Discipline is not punishment — it is the path to freedom. The man who masters himself is the man who can be trusted to lead others.

05

COURAGEOUS

We do not shrink back. We speak truth when it is unpopular. We stand when others sit. We act when others hesitate. Courage is not the absence of fear — it is the decision that something matters more than fear.

06

SERVANT-HEARTED

We lead by serving. We do not use people — we invest in them. We look for the need in the room and we meet it. The greatest among you shall be your servant. We take that seriously.

07

FAMILY-FIRST

Our families are our primary mission field. We are present, engaged, and intentional at home. We lead our wives with love and sacrifice. We raise our children in the fear and instruction of the Lord. We do not build a legacy at work while losing one at home.

08

MENTALLY TOUGH

We take every thought captive. We reject self-pity, victimhood, and passivity. We do not let our emotions drive our decisions. We develop resilience through adversity and we refuse to quit when it gets hard.

09

PHYSICALLY STRONG

We steward our bodies as temples of the Holy Spirit. We train hard, eat with intention, and rest without guilt. Physical strength is not vanity — it is stewardship. A strong body serves a strong mission.

10

EMOTIONALLY PRESENT

We pay attention to what is happening inside us. We do not bury our emotions or let them explode uncontrolled. We stay connected — to God, to ourselves, and to the people we love. Emotional health is not soft. It is essential.

11

KINGDOM-FOCUSED

We live for something bigger than ourselves. Every decision, every dollar, every hour is filtered through one question: does this advance the Kingdom of God? We are not building our own empires. We are building His.

THIS IS THE CODE.

Not a checklist. Not a performance. A way of life — lived out daily, in every arena, for the glory of God.
